What My Clients Say About Me
RENEWAL OF VOWS | 09/27/2025 | SUFFOLK
Lucinda was the celebrant for our wedding celebration and we can’t recommend her enough. She made our day so very special – welcoming, warm and jokey – it was perfect! So many people said to us what a lovely and personal celebration it was, and that it felt like Lucinda had known us for years. She made us both feel relaxed and brought so much joy to our day. Thank you Lucinda!
Wedding | 12/07/2025 | TRAFALGAR TAVERN GREENWICH
Lucinda conducted the service at my son’s wedding.
Her warm genuine personality shone through and the wedding was absolutely joyous. She emphasised the love that had brought the grooms to this point but also used humour as part of the service.
Fantastic celebrant who made the wedding memorable and special.
Funeral | 09/15/2025 | London
Lucinda was recommended to us as a celebrant for the funeral of our brother and I’m so glad she was.
She showed great empathy and intelligence, quickly understanding our desire for a non-religious ceremony for a non-conformist person. Lucinda met with us and sensitively questioned and listened to us to reach an impressive understanding of our beloved relative. Despite the short time-frame Lucinda was able to create an excellent ceremony, helping us to grieve and celebrate together. Simply Superb!
Wedding | 11/05/2024 | STREATHAM ROOKERY GARDENS, LONDON
Lucinda acted as our wonderful celebrant for our civil partnership in May. We enlisted her very last minute giving her just a few short weeks to learn about our story and prepare for the day. She absolutely nailed it. She was flexible and respectful and open to (our many) last-minute changes. But most of all she brought a warmth, joy and happiness to our day that all our guests recognised and praised. We highly recommend Lucinda for all your celebrant needs.
FUNERAL | 06/08/2025 | WEST NORWOOD CREMATORIUM
We knew immediately, the first time we spoke to Lucinda that she was the perfect celebrant for our dad’s funeral service. Lucinda’s qualities as a palliative care nurse shone through from the moment we met her. Our mum had died just a couple of months before our dad. The prospect of arranging dad’s funeral so soon after our mum’s felt really hard. Lucinda lifted that emotional burden as soon as we met her. She is such a good listener and the most empathetic and compassionate person. She was really interested to learn about dad’s life. She had the perfect balance of understanding our grief whilst also unleashing a sense of fun and enthusiasm in us when we told her all about him. Lucinda helped us to plan dad’s service meticulously. She replied so quickly whenever we had any questions. On the day she was absolutely amazing. It was she was a member of our family telling dad’s life story. Everyone was captivated and told us our wonderful she was. Lucinda is an incredible person and the most incredible celebrant. We honestly can’t recommend her highly enough.
Naming Ceremony | 11/01/2025 | Dulwich
Lucinda was an absolute delight to work with. She came and met myself and Eden armed with bubbles to keep him entertained. I immediately felt like I was in the presence of an old friend. Lucinda really listened to our journey from James and I, through the pregnancy and birth and his first year. She went above and beyond to include other members of the family. After writing a beautiful service she promptly sent it over to review and we only had to make one small adjustment. Lucinda was professional but fun, warm and friendly but not over baring. I would love to work with her in the future and will certainly be recommending her. Everyone had such a wonderful day and really enjoyed her service and how personal and symbolic it was. Highly recommend!!!
FUNERAL | 10/20/2025 | HONOR OAK
Lucinda was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the first conversation, she brought such warmth, empathy and steadiness to a situation that was deeply complicated and painful. She took the time to really understand my sister’s story, not just the facts, but the nuances, the difficult parts, and the love that ran through it all.
Her background in palliative care shone through in the way she held the whole family with such sensitivity and professionalism. She listened so carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and created a service that felt authentic, compassionate and completely true to who my sister was. Nothing felt rushed or formulaic. She made space for all the layers of grief and all the parts of my sister’s life, and she did it with such dignity.
We felt incredibly supported by her throughout the process. Lucinda brought clarity where everything felt overwhelming, and she gave us a beautiful service that honoured my sister exactly as she deserved.
I’m truly grateful to her, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any family navigating complex loss with a need for someone genuinely caring and skilled.
